How do I know that you’ll be the right photographer for the job?

Please look at my work before you come to a decision. In fact this is something you should do before making any decision. Do your research so that you are able to make an informed decision.

When/How can I get hold of you?

Preferably via email during working hours, as then I have everything in writing, and this means Margot can attend to you if I am not in. Whatsapp and text messages during business hours are a good way to get hold of me too. I don’t always have my phone on me though, and when I’m with clients I don’t take calls.

How many images can I expect?

All of the images we consider to be of good quality, unless otherwise stated.  We would never intentionally hold back any images from you, so rest assured, the images you receive, are the cream of the crop.

When can I expect my images?

30 working days (this excludes public holidays and weekends) is when you can expect your photos.  During holiday season, such as April-May and December-January, your orders will take longer.

What if I want my photos sooner?

Then an additional express fee is payable. R800 for a 5 day turnaround time and R500 for a 10 day turnaround time. And final payment would need to be settled before receiving your images.

What if I need a few pics for some canvases, personal projects, press release, magazine, social media site, competitions etc ASAP?

There will then be an additional fee of R200 per photo payable. No exceptions.

Do you do prints, canvasses and other photo gifts?

Yes we do. Costs vary and can be provided on request. Please note that we will not be held responsible for printing not done through us.

Do you do photobooks

Yes we do a variety of photobooks. Some of our packages include a free photobook if you book us for a certain period pf time.  Please note that we provide pre-designed books.  Any input into the design of your photobook will incur design fees payable upfront.  No exceptions.

When is payment due?

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required upfront, or the booking will not be treated as confirmed. Where there is a clash of bookings, the first payment received will secure the date. The rest of your payment will be required on the delivery of your photos.

Do you deliver?

We don’t, but you are welcome to collect from my residence when I have notified you that your goods are ready. I can also arrange a courier on your behalf.

What if we are running late for our session?

Cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and will end at the scheduled end time.  Any time above and beyond that, will be charged without prior notice.

What if I don’t want any of my images used on social media etc.

That is not a problem.  We will be sure not to publish your photos anywhere.  Bear in mind, that you will only get your images once they are ready.  No sneak peeks will be provided over email etc.
